What products does Eagles Furniture manufacture?
We manufacture premium metal furniture handles in aluminium and zamak, including extended wardrobe and pull handles up to 1000mm, standard cabinet and kitchen pulls, single-colour matte black profiles, decorative zamak handles and cup pulls, coat hooks and wall racks, and cabinet knobs and pendants — over 60+ Premium Models in total.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per SKU. You can combine multiple models and finishes within a single shipment to build a complete hardware programme.
What are your production and delivery lead times?
Standard production and dispatch is completed within 15 to 25 business days of order confirmation, depending on quantity, finishes and whether the order is a stock model or a custom OEM/ODM project.
Do you offer OEM and ODM manufacturing?
Yes. We develop custom profiles from your drawings or samples, offer private-label packaging and branding, custom finishes and colour matching, bespoke sizes and dedicated tooling for volume programmes. Samples are produced for approval before volume runs.
Which countries do you export to?
We export furniture hardware to more than 35 countries across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and beyond, shipping from our base in Istanbul, Turkey with full export documentation.
What finishes are available?
Finishes include chrome, matte black, gold/brass, antique bronze, antique brass, antique copper, satin/inox, anthracite/smoke and rose/bronze. Finish availability varies by model and material, and custom colour matching is available for OEM projects.
What materials do you use — aluminium or zamak?
Aluminium is extruded for long, straight profiles up to 1000mm and lightweight, corrosion-resistant handles. Zamak (zinc alloy) is die-cast for decorative models with intricate detailing such as cup pulls, ring pulls, knobs and coat hooks. We choose the material to suit the design and application.
