In-house production, from raw metal to finished handle
With 15+ years of experience, we control the full manufacturing chain for our furniture hardware — aluminium extrusion, zamak die-casting, surface finishing and quality control all run under one roof in Istanbul. This vertical integration is what lets us hold consistent quality, offer deep OEM/ODM flexibility and keep lead times to 15–25 business days.
Our production process
1. Design & tooling
Profiles are engineered in-house from technical drawings or customer samples. For ODM projects we develop dedicated extrusion dies and casting moulds to your exact specification.
2. Extrusion & casting
Aluminium handles are extruded from high-grade billet for straight, consistent profiles up to 1000mm; decorative models are die-cast from zamak zinc alloy for intricate detailing.
3. Finishing
Components are polished, anodised or PVD-coated across our full palette — chrome, matte black, gold/brass, antique bronze, copper, satin inox and more — for durable, corrosion-resistant surfaces.
4. Quality assurance
Every batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy, finish consistency and fixing-hole alignment before packing, so hardware arrives ready to fit straight onto the production line.
5. Packing & export
Handles are individually protected and cartoned with screws included, then consolidated for export freight with full documentation.

Quality assurance
Consistency is critical when hardware is fitted across thousands of furniture units. We inspect raw material quality, monitor finish thickness and adhesion, and check every batch for dimensional tolerance and fixing alignment. Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs per SKU, and finished orders ship within 15–25 business days of confirmation.
